We use a tier system based on your booking volume in the last 30 days. The more reservations you receive, the lower your fee — and that rate applies to all your bookings, not just part of them.

How do I move to a lower fee tier?

Your tier is based on the total value of bookings you receive in the last 30 days. Every time a customer completes a reservation, that amount counts towards your tier. Once you cross a threshold — for example €890 in bookings — your fee automatically drops to the next tier, and the lower rate applies to all your bookings from that point.

Can my fee go back up?

Your tier is recalculated on a rolling 30-day window. If your booking volume drops below a threshold, your fee adjusts accordingly. But here’s the good news — as your platform grows, your volume naturally stays consistent. The tiers are designed so that once you’re established, you stay at the lower rate.

Are there any hidden fees or upsells?
